Welcome to GyanSootra Pre School. By accessing our official web portal (https://preschool.gyansootra.com) or installing and using our mobile application (com.gyansootrapreschool.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts & Security
Accounts on the portal and mobile application are provided exclusively to enrolled students, authorized parents/guardians, and employed staff of GyanSootra Pre School:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and access tokens.
- You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- You agree to notify the school administration immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
- The school reserves the right to suspend or revoke account access for any user found violating institutional policies or engaging in fraudulent activity.
3. Authorized & Acceptable Use
The mobile application and portal are designated solely for school-related academic and administrative communications. Users agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or national laws.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or intercept application traffic.
- Upload abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate content through feedback or inquiry channels.
- Impersonate any student, parent, or school staff member.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, school crests, syllabus materials, worksheets, event media, software designs, and user interface elements appearing on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of GyanSootra Pre School and its authorized licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, services may occasionally be temporarily interrupted for scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen network outages. GyanSootra Pre School reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice where practicable.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with the portal or mobile application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the district of the School’s registered address.
