- Financial & Fee Records: Fee invoice details, due dates, transaction status, receipt numbers, and payment history. (Note: Online payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways; we do not store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or bank passwords).
- Device & Notification Data: Device model, operating system version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device push notification tokens used exclusively to send important school alerts (attendance notices, circulars, homework assignments).
- Communication & Feedback: Inquiries, leave requests, feedback, and complaint submissions sent via the portal or app.
3. Purpose of Processing & Use of Data
All information collected is used solely for legitimate educational and school operational purposes, including:
- Recording and reporting daily student attendance to parents via instant push notifications.
- Distributing homework, worksheets, syllabi, and official school circulars.
- Publishing academic report cards, examination schedules, and student progress reports.
- Managing fee invoicing, automated payment receipts, and accounts reconciliation.
- Enabling safe direct communication between parents and school administration regarding leaves and complaints.

4. Children’s Privacy & Parental Consent (COPPA / Family Policy Compliance)
Given that our institution serves minor students and young children, safeguarding children's privacy is of paramount importance:
- No Commercial Exploitation: We strictly do NOT display third-party advertisements in our mobile application or web portal. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade student or child data to any marketing agencies or data brokers.
- Parental Supervision: Student accounts and app credentials are created and managed under the direct oversight of school administrators and parents/guardians.
- Parental Rights: Parents and legal guardians have the right to inspect all personal and academic records concerning their enrolled children, request corrections, or request deactivation upon school departure.
5. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
We work with trusted enterprise technology providers to deliver our mobile app services:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver critical real-time alerts (attendance, emergencies, circulars) to your mobile device status bar. Firebase processes anonymous device tokens in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud Infrastructure: All school data is hosted in high-security, ISO-certified data centers with strict tenant isolation, encrypted database storage, and SSL/TLS HTTPS transmission.
6. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Access to student records is restricted strictly to authorized faculty and verified parents through role-based permissions and encrypted tokens.
Student academic records (such as grades, marksheets, and transfer certificates) are retained as mandated by state educational regulations and statutory school board guidelines. When a student graduates or withdraws from the school, access credentials and active mobile push tokens are promptly deactivated.
