In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data privacy regulations, GyanSootra Pre School provides a transparent, accessible process for students, parents, and staff to request the deletion of their user accounts and associated personal data.
2. What Data is Deleted Upon Request
When an account deletion request is verified and processed, the following data is permanently purged from our active application servers within 30 days:
- User Login Credentials: Portal/app login credentials, encrypted passwords, and active API authentication tokens.
- Push Notification Tokens: All registered FCM device tokens, preventing any future push alerts to user devices.
- App Session Data: Cached mobile settings, app preferences, and device association records.
- Draft Submissions: Unsubmitted leave applications and draft inquiry forms.
3. What Academic Data is Retained by Law
As a recognized educational institution, GyanSootra Pre School is legally obligated by educational board regulations and state statutory laws to retain certain core institutional records:
- Official enrollment registers, admission forms, and Transfer Certificates (TC).
- Past academic marks, examination results, board assessment records, and report cards.
- Financial audit records, fee receipt archives, and taxation ledgers.
These statutory records are retained in protected school archives as required by law and cannot be deleted while a student is currently enrolled or during statutory record retention periods.
4. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through any of the following convenient methods:
- Online Deletion Request Form: Use the public form below on this page to submit your deletion request directly.
- Email Request: Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - [Your Name / Admission No]".
- In-Person Administration: Visit the School Administrative Office during working hours and submit a signed Account Deactivation Request.
5. Verification & Processing Time
To protect student safety and prevent unauthorized account closures, our administrative office verifies the identity of the requester before initiating deletion. Once verified, account removal is finalized within 30 calendar days, and confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
