Transparent Fee Policy & All-Inclusive Philosophy
At GyanSootra Pre-School, Wazirabad Village, we believe that quality early childhood education should be transparent, honest, and accessible to every family. Choosing a preschool should never involve hidden financial surprises.
In strict adherence to the Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi, and Section 13(1) of the Right to Education (RTE) Act 2009, our fee architecture is built on three uncompromised principles:
• Strict Ban on Capitation Fees: We never charge donations, building funds, or capitation fees under any pretext.
• Nominal DoE Registration: In line with official Delhi government norms, registration and prospectus forms are provided at a statutory nominal fee of just ₹25.
• All-Inclusive Classroom Learning: Your child’s monthly tuition is comprehensive—covering all daily learning materials, hands-on activities, festival celebrations, and academic worksheets without hidden bills.

1. 100% Free School-Provided Stationery: Parents never need to buy expensive stationery lists. All pencils, jumbo wax crayons, sketch pens, craft papers, erasers, and drawing books are provided by the school directly in the classroom.
2. No Extra Activity or Event Fees: Annual Day, Sports Day, Janmashtami, Diwali, Independence Day, Christmas, and regular theme celebrations carry zero additional fee demands.
3. Comprehensive Worksheets Included: All daily phonics, Hindi swar/vyanjan, numeracy worksheets, and Semester examination papers are professionally printed and supplied without xerox or printing charges.
4. Computerized Invoicing & Transparency: Every payment made is acknowledged with an instant computerized receipt specifying date, student ID, and fee period.
Payment Modes, Schedules & Refund Guidelines
Payment Modes Accepted:
For your convenience, fees can be paid via UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm), Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS), Account Payee Cheque, or Cash at the school accounts desk.
Payment Cycle & Due Dates:
Fees are payable on a monthly or quarterly basis by the 10th of each calendar month. Digital reminders are sent gently on WhatsApp to keep families informed without pressure.
Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy:
